Specifics
- 100 watt
- 24" x 40" bed (600 x 1000 mm)
- BOSS physical working range: 24" x 39.0". Lightburn constraint (or maybe BOSS software): about 24"x36". Maximum sheet size that can be placed in the enclosure (overlapping the actual bed: bigger than 24" and bigger than 40", but not exactly sure and your positioning of a sheet that size requires planning.
- vents to a filter. No MDF, leather, or other smokey/smelly materials.
- based on testing by a member, the kerf is 0.004" or 0.1016mm

Tips / Tricks specific to the Helix
- Using Lightburn at home
- select "Ruida" for controller, "Serial/USB", name it, set appropriate bed dimensions (BossLaser is approximately X-axis 1016 mm, Y-axis 609 mm), set origin to "Rear Right".
The file capacity is 99 files. Once full, new files will not be accepted from the computer to the controller. You may delete files one-by-one or clear them all with Files -> Other -> Delete All Memory Files Class: Equipment Training Class: 100W Laser Cutter, BossLaser LS2440 details
