Maker Nexus (MN) Customer relationship management (CRM)

Purpose

Create a specification for a Customer Relationship Management system that will be the center of our shop's IT systems. Evaluate that spec against available solutions. Recommend a solution the board. This needs to be done quickly.

Status

We have one person working to gather requirements. We are currently managing our membership on spreadsheets and that is not the long term solution.

We know of three solutions on the market: SalesForce, CiviCRM, Club Express
