Deadnaming is refusing to call a person by their name, only by their deadname.

I think we should say we reserve the right to alter the policy at any time to meet our objectives. Jschrempp (talk)
some makerspaces prohibit it (ie lying prone sleep) and not prohibit napping (sitting asleep).  Can we avoid til we have to add it?

Agreed.  How about the below? Sbaker

The MakerNexus Board reserves the right to alter or amend the rules as it determines appropriate for the safety of its members.

Materials Move Around
I don't understand this: "Insure materials move around the facility and are stored in a safe and approved manner." Jschrempp (talk)

I found this in one of the Maker Ethics, and it seems to be from the Dept of Labor, Materials and Handling Guidelines.
But I recall hearing similar in a couple of my classes.
It's to insure when move or store materials, you are safe about it.
For example:
* Don't walk thru the maker space with something dangerous (acid, etc) that's easy to spillPut a lid on it, etc.
* Don't store an acid in something it can eat thru sometime late at night when nobody is around.  Keep it in an approved container. AND Don't store a flammable in an open container.
* Be careful walking thru the makerspace with a long pole.  Recommend getting a partner so you can't swing it into anything unintentionally.
* Insure the board you want to cut can move thru the saw with clearance from front to back.
