I've been a professional woodworker for last 10 years, focused on historic woodworking techniques. I'm an avid maker; I've built a CNC Router (MechMate), and am currently exploring the world of Arduino and Raspberry Pi. I currently work as a custom stair builder for Coyne Stairs, prior to that worked for i-Stairs Inc in Sacramento as an installer, as well as doing design, bidding and estimating. I am active with multiple non-profits teaching history and running Living History programs across California.

===James Pistorino===

I joined TechShop eight years ago and have been improving my maker skills ever since. I am working on a prototype for a robotic device using the lasers, woodshop, and metalshop equipment (including CNC) to make parts. I enjoyed meeting other makers at the shop. I've been a practicing attorney in California and Texas since 1996, involved in the full range of intellectual property law, including litigation. I have a BS in Computer Science and J.D. from Duke University. A new shop on the SF peninsula will be a great place to make.

===Regina Sakols===

As long as I can remember I have been making and creating. In Jan 2014, I started working as DC and Instructor at Techshop. I wrote classes and developed Workshops. The inspiring community of makers, inventors and artists is unique. I feel privileged to be able to help others realize their projects and find their happy place in being creative. I have a BFA in Glass Design and Sculpture from G. Rietveld Academie for Art and Design in Amsterdam, Netherlands and Worked many years as a independent Artist. I am excited to be part of this team of talented people and MakerNexus, the new MakerSpace on the SFBay peninsula.

===Jim Schrempp===

I have always been a tinkerer. I've written a number of Instructables and have some IoT projects on GitHub for anyone to make. I'm retired from a software company I co-founded (Audible Magic) where I was Vice President of software development. Before that I worked 19 years at Hewlett Packard with management responsibility for teams of 50 engineers. I'm proud to be a named inventor on over 20 patents. I have a BS in computer science from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. I can't wait to open a Maker Nexus maker space and get back to the tools.

===Robert Smith===

I'm currently a machinist for an aerospace research company. I was a DC and instructor at TechShop. I wrote several classes; the most recent was the basic operation class for the ShopBot fourth axis rotary indexer. I went to school for mechanical engineering at Cal Poly, Pomona. I have a passion for helping people be creative and I am excited to see the rebirth of the maker community that made TS a special place.

===Kirsten Winklebauer===

I'm an illustrator and designer that only got involved with the Bay Area Maker community in the last year. I've been an artist for over 17 years, and was relatively recently introduced to using machines like laser cutters to help my work evolve and grow. I'm looking to help create an environment that allows creators of all kinds and skill levels to feel welcome, and that allows them to push themselves further with their hobbies and their careers. I want to take my experiences as a hobbyist-oriented maker and as a small business owner and use that to make that environment a reality. I'm looking forward to being a part of a new space and helping others make and achieve new things!
