We've had four people out looking at shop locations. It turns out there is lots of space available, but at a cost. We've visited suitable locations in Menlo Park, Santa Clara, and Newark. Before selecting a location we are waiting for feedback from our membership drive. The geographic preference from our members will determine where we locate the shop.
We have a site through 2026.

Once a site is selected, lead the planning for the build out. Create a PERT chart of the work that needs to be done. Advertise to the members for assistance. Plan work parties. Supervise the work as it is done to be sure it meets expectations.
