12/2/2017 Was an open house at this shop. It is a big wood-only shop. Really good sized. Run by Ward Bingham. This place took over when the Sawdust shop closed.
It is a community college woodshop with "open hours".
Details
- Open Friday 6-10, Saturday 11-9, so just two days a week.
- Costs 150/month for 4 week months, 187.50/month for 5 week months. Month to month payment by credit card.
- Members must be checked out on the equipment by Ward Bingham (he's a nice guy)
- No storage of projects. You can glue something up on Friday night but you have to take it away on Saturday.

- A lot of the equipment is big old green stuff from the 1950's, but lovingly taken care of.
- 3 SawStop table saws
- 4 floor standing lathes
- 4 table top lathes
- 24" planer
- 6 and 13 inch jointers
- Chop saw
- Several router tables
- spindle sander
- disk sander
- open edge drum sander
- horizontal boring machine
- 2 heavy duty drill presses
- several band saws, one big enough to cut a 3' diameter wood burl.
- Nice set of hand tools, well maintained
- Good selection of hand power tools, well maintained
- 3 tool grinders
- paint room
