- Responsible for keeping the accounting books for the organization, preparing payments for bills, depositing receipts.
- Prepares yearly tax returns.
- Primary interface with payroll organization. Reports to the General_ManagerShop Director; dotted line reports to the Board of Directors.
- Weekly deposits checks into bank account.
- Weekly prepares checks to pay bills.
- Prepares weekly payroll.
- Reconciles monthly bank statements.
- Prepares reports for the Board_of_Directors#Board_Treasurer Treasurer
- Reports to the Treasurer
