=Incident/Complaint Review and Remediation

As with any group, disagreements happen. Mistakes happen. Members and Guests are expected to discuss any differences and resolve issues in a calm and polite manner. Strive to see all sides of a situation, and use reasonable effort to resolve issues immediately. They may reach out to staff for assistance and escalate to the General Manager, in review with the Board of Supervisors. Decisions by staff, manager and board are always written to insure clarity to the parties involved and reviewed for future improvement.
