Magnifying lamps

We have a couple of swing-arm magnifying lamps, which I last saw out on the donations/decide-whether-we-want-to-keep-this-stuff table just outside the E-Lab. They're missing the part that clamps to a table. Searching for
- replacement clamp for magnifier
on Amazon turns up a number of modestly-priced offerings. Something I don't know is how to tell which clamps (if any) would be sufficiently sturdy and would resist loosening over time. (My mom used a swing-arm magnifier lamp for reading in her later years, and I recall that the clamp had a tendency to loosen as the lamp was repeatedly swung into position for use and then back out of the way.) I also haven't investigated the general quality of the parts we do have. For example, I don't know anything about the power or quality of the lenses, and I don't know whether the arms and lamp head can be adjusted easily and will then hold their position without sagging.
