Purpose
Develop the set of documents needed to run the organization and communicate same to the members. Recommend specific policies to the board. Create position plans for the positions we will need to hire. Scope those positions to the market and recommend pay ranges to the board.
Status
We have a solid set of documents and this team is inactive at this point. If you feel there is a need to take some action, post on Slack and we'll regroup.
