			:Wikipedia would call this an essay, and apply a banner at the top warning other editors that the page is an opinion, and not official policy. Other MakerNexus members will likely be just as confused as I was. This is a basic problem that I cannot fix by myself, and should get the attention of the Board. 			Everything up to the section "Tool Certification" is in third person. The sentence beginning "I do member tool checks" is in first person. "I" is a pronoun, which stands for the person speaking. First person is seldom used in formal writing, unless the speaker is identified.

			In an autobiography, the writer is the author, and "I" means the author. However, in our wiki, writers are not identified.

			You could start the section by saying, "My name is Jim, and I do member tool checks"...
